All images on Daily Pixels are provided for personal use only. That means you can use them as wallpapers on your devices, but you can't resell them, use them commercially, or claim them as your own work.
Each image has its own licensing terms from the original creator. We display attribution information when available, and you should respect those terms. If an image says it's for personal use only, stick to that.
Copyright and Attribution
We don't own the images on this site. They belong to their respective creators. We always try to include proper attribution and links to the original source.
If you're a photographer or artist and see your work here without proper credit, or if you want it removed, please contact us. We'll fix it quickly.
What You Can't Do
Don't try to scrape or download our entire database. Don't use automated tools to hammer our servers. Don't try to break the site or access areas you shouldn't.
Basically, use the site like a normal person. If you're doing something that would make us say "hey, that's not cool," you probably shouldn't be doing it.
Content Accuracy
We do our best to keep information accurate—resolution tags, categories, descriptions. But mistakes happen. If you spot something wrong, let us know and we'll fix it.
We're not responsible for what happens if you download an image and it doesn't work for your device, or if the description doesn't match what you expected. Use your judgment.

Daily Pixels is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the site will always be available, always work perfectly, or always have the images you're looking for.
We're not liable for any damages that might come from using the site. If something goes wrong, we'll do our best to fix it, but that's the extent of our responsibility.
